We are built to collect as little as possible. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address or payment details.
- Links you paste: a video URL you submit is sent to our service only to fetch and stream the file you requested. We do not build a profile from it, and we do not retain your download history on our service (any history feature stores data locally in your own browser).
- Files in our tools: our tools (convert, trim, captions, transcription, etc.) run securely. Those files are never stored.
- Usage & device data: like most websites, our analytics and advertising partners automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URLs (see sections 3–4).
2. How we use information
- To operate and provide the Service (fetch and deliver the file you request).
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram) and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties; please review their policies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
